Seasonal Asset Protection Coordinator - Tacoma Mall

Summary

The Seasonal Asset Protection Coordinator supports loss prevention, safety and security initiatives to protect property, merchandise and employees. This role greets and screens visitors, monitors alarms and coordinates with warehouse and receiving teams while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. The position requires flexibility to work variable schedules based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with building personnel and guests in a professional manner
• Serve as liaison between guests and warehouse staff, screening and confirming appointments
• Log inbound and outbound truck information and communicate with receiving department
• Monitor building and fire alarms and ensure proper response or dispatch
• Answer and route incoming calls to appropriate extensions
• Operate electronic walkthrough and handheld metal detectors as needed
• Respond with urgency to incidents related to loss prevention safety and security
