Seasonal Associate responsible for order fulfillment and stock movement, ensuring accurate processing of customer orders, timely shipment, and organized stock operations to support store sales and maintain high service standards during the holiday season.
Responsibilities
- Manage Customer Transfer Sale and online orders by producing pick lists and processing shipping confirmations
- Package and inspect client orders checking product quality and labeling before shipping
- Process customer returns by tracking and inspecting merchandise and issuing refunds
- Maintain system updates and monitor order notifications to ensure timely action
- Track fulfillment rates and update cancellation reports
- Keep stock areas neat organized and safe
- Receive merchandise onto the selling floor and assist with stock recovery and fixture moves
- Process price changes markdowns returns to vendor and consolidations on schedule
- Execute client transfer requests deliver items to shipping and alterations when required
Requirements
- Passionate about the brand and customer service
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Demonstrated teamwork skills
- Ability to stand for periods move between store and back office and lift up to 30 lbs
- Ability to use a ladder and move display items as required
- Willingness to work a variety of shifts including mornings afternoons evenings and weekends during the holiday season
- Availability for optional overnight shifts during peak sales week on a volunteer basis
