Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare consultations tailored to customer goals
• Recommend products and drive sales for fragrance and beauty brands
• Use in-store and digital selling tools including text and social media to meet sales goals
• Book appointments and support in-store beauty events and services
• Process sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
• Maintain department organization, cleanliness, and customer readiness
• Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive customer experience

Requirements

• Passion for beauty trends, makeup application, and skincare
• Strong customer service and ability to build customer relationships
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Physical ability to be on feet for 6-8 hours, bend, reach, and lift up to 25 pounds
