Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
- Provide styling and product advice to customers with confidence and honesty
- Use texting and social media to grow customer following and drive sales
- Open new customer rewards accounts to grow loyalty program participation
- Assist with filling orders, stocking, remerchandising, and price markdowns
- Perform light cleaning to keep the department customer ready
- Work flexibly across departments as business needs require
- Meet physical demands including frequent movement and lifting up to 25 pounds
