Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling
- Use texting and social media tools to engage customers
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
- Provide product and styling advice with confidence and honesty
- Open new customer rewards accounts to grow loyalty
- Stock, remerchandise, and perform price markdowns
- Fill orders and assist with light cleaning and department upkeep
- Occasionally perform duties in other departments as needed
