- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products
- Engage customers to understand needs and maximize sales for luxury beauty brands
- Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services
- Utilize text and social media for digital selling and customer follow up
- Manage sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
- Maintain department organization and customer ready presentation
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive environment
- Keep up with product and industry knowledge through trainings
