Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools including text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and open new rewards program accounts
- Provide excellent customer service and confident product and fit recommendations
- Keep the department customer ready through filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning
- Work collaboratively with the team and be flexible to perform duties in other departments when needed
- Use networking and technology to grow sales and customer engagement
- Follow organization processes for handling merchandise and transactions
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal oriented with strong interest in sales and networking
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Physical ability to move continuously 6-8 hours per shift including bending, lifting, reaching, and handling merchandise
- Frequent use of hands for grasping and fine manipulation and ability to lift items up to 25 pounds occasionally
