Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products based on customer goals
- Engage customers to understand needs and maximize sales for luxury beauty brands
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools including text and social media
- Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services
- Manage sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges
- Maintain department organization, cleanliness, and customer readiness
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming inclusive environment
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
Requirements
- Passion for customer service and beauty including trends, makeup application, and skincare
- Excellent ability to connect with customers and handle customer concerns
- Empathy and respect for customers during makeup and skincare application
- Strong multitasking, organization, and follow through skills
- Drive to achieve sales goals and interest in networking and technology
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Ability to move continuously for 6-8 hours per shift and frequently lift up to 10 pounds, occasionally up to 25 pounds
