Responsibilities
- Engage customers to understand needs and recommend fragrance and beauty products
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
- Use text and social media to sell and build a customer following
- Book appointments and drive sales for beauty events and services
- Manage sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges
- Maintain department organization and cleanliness
- Keep current with beauty trends and product knowledge through training
- Lift and handle merchandise per physical job requirements
Requirements
- Passion for beauty trends, makeup application, and skincare
- Strong customer service and ability to connect with customers
- Empathy and respect when providing beauty services
- Multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills
- Drive to achieve sales goals and use of networking technology
- Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Ability to perform continuous movement for 6-8 hours and lift up to 25 pounds
