Responsibilities
- Assist customers with a variety of transactions through a seamless and friendly experience
- Demonstrate expertise in all technologies used in the store environment
- Defuse customer situations and provide timely resolution
- Ensure security and privacy of customer information through compliance and issue resolution
- Promote initiatives such as the store rewards program to customers
- Foster trust, teamwork and positive relationships with peers and leadership
- Work a flexible schedule that varies by week based on business needs
- Handle merchandise including lifting and moving items up to specified weight limits
Requirements
- Customer obsessed with strong problem solving and relationship building skills
- Proficiency with multiple operating systems such as MS Windows, iOS and Android
- Clear, effective communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment

- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department needs
