Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
- Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit and product
- Use text and social media to engage customers and grow following
- Open new rewards program accounts to grow relationships
- Fill orders, stock merchandise, remerchandise, and perform price markdowns
- Perform light cleaning and keep department customer ready
- Be flexible to work in different departments as needed
- Use various technology and computer applications in daily work
Requirements
- Passion for fashion and styling
- Ability to cultivate and grow a customer following digitally and in-store
- Strong ownership, accountability, and initiative
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Continuous movement for 6-8 hours with frequent bending and reaching
- Frequent use of hands for grasping and manipulation
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
