Role requires flexibility to support other areas such as order fulfillment and pick-up while staying current on fashion trends.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and by phone with purchases, returns, and other transactions at checkout
• Provide friendly, efficient customer service and listen to customer needs
• Maintain the cash wrap and sales floor by straightening, lightly cleaning, and restocking
• Support order fulfillment and order pick-up as needed
• Share information about store events, gift cards, and rewards programs
• Stay informed on key fashion trends and product knowledge
• Work collaboratively with team members to keep the department runway ready
