Seasonal store support position focused on delivering excellent customer service at the point of sale and assisting on the sales floor. The role involves handling transactions, supporting order fulfillment and keeping the sales floor and cash wrap organized and presentable during a fast paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and by phone with sales, returns and other transactions at checkout
• Provide friendly, efficient customer service and listen to customer needs
• Maintain the cash wrap and sales floor by straightening, light cleaning and restocking
• Support order fulfillment and order pick up as needed
• Share product knowledge and inform customers about promotions and rewards
• Work flexibly across departments to meet business needs
• Perform continuous physical activity including bending, reaching and lifting
