Summary

Seasonal retail cashier and sales floor support role providing excellent customer service at the point of sale, handling sales, returns and other transactions, while maintaining a well presented sales floor and supporting order fulfillment and pick up as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and by phone with purchases and returns at checkout
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale
• Maintain the cash wrap area and sales floor by restocking and light cleaning
• Support other store areas including order fulfillment and order pick up
• Listen to customer needs and offer product knowledge to assist purchase decisions
• Promote store programs such as gift cards and the rewards program
• Stay current on key fashion trends and product assortments
• Work as a team member to keep the department presentable
