Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels using selling tools including text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow customer following
- Provide styling advice and confident feedback on fit and product selection
- Open new customer rewards accounts to grow loyalty program participation
- Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, perform price markdowns, and keep department customer ready
- Perform light cleaning and maintain presentation standards
- Work a flexible schedule that varies by week based on business needs
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal oriented with ability to use networking and technology to meet sales targets
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with strong organization and follow through
- Flexible availability to work variable schedules based on business needs
- Physical ability to continuously move for 6-8 hours, including bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 25 pounds
