Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools including text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Provide excellent service and honest feedback on style and fit
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, perform price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Open new customer rewards accounts to grow relationships
• Work collaboratively with team to keep department customer ready
• Be flexible to perform duties in other departments as business needs require
