Summary

Seasonal logistics processor responsible for receiving, unpacking and delivering merchandise to selling departments while fulfilling customer orders and preparing shipments. This role supports store operations through inventory processing, maintaining organized stockrooms and assisting with special events and markdowns. The position requires physical tasks, use of inventory systems and a flexible schedule to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload freight and unpack merchandise for selling areas
• Deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments
• Fulfill and prepare customer orders following packing and shipping standards
• Utilize inventory management systems to scan and process shipments
• Research and resolve merchandise discrepancies in inventory control processes
• Maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms
• Support store activities such as special events setup and relocating fixtures
• Assist with markdowns and backroom organization

Requirements

• High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfort with technology and new computer applications
• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
