Summary
Seasonal logistics processor responsible for receiving, unpacking and delivering merchandise to selling departments, fulfilling and preparing customer orders, and supporting store operations while maintaining inventory accuracy and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Receive and unload freight and unpack merchandise
- Deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments
- Fulfill customer orders and prepare shipments following packing and shipping standards
- Utilize inventory management systems to scan and process shipments
- Research and resolve merchandise shipment issues in accordance with inventory control processes
- Assist in maintaining clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms
- Support store activities such as special events setup, markdowns, and relocating fixtures
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, bending and reaching throughout shifts
Requirements
- High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using various technologies and computer applications
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Ability to continuously move for 6-8 hours per shift with frequent bending and reaching
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds frequently and occasionally up to 50 pounds
