Seasonal Sales Assistant

Summary

Seasonal Sales Assistant to support the sales floor during the seasonal assignment from November 16, 2025 through January 3, 2026. Role focuses on merchandising, customer engagement, point of sale transactions, and maintaining back of house organization to uphold store standards.

Responsibilities

• Replenish merchandise on the sales floor
• Perform stock checks for customers and to support Sales Associates
• Assist with merchandise floor moves and visual tasks
• Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently
• Comply with sales related policies and procedures
• Maintain back of house organization and standards
• Greet and interact with customers in a warm and friendly manner
• Determine customer needs and direct them to the appropriate Sales Associate
• Assist Sales Associates in resolving client problems and complaints as needed

Requirements

• 2+ years of luxury retail experience
• Authorized to work for any employer in the United States
• Ability to work a flexible schedule during the seasonal assignment
• Proficient in reading speaking and writing English
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods up to 8 hours per shift
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
• Ability to reach overhead bend kneel and stoop
• Self starter with the ability to drive results and engage customers
