Seasonal Sales Assistant

Summary

Seasonal Sales Assistant role supporting store sales activities in the Miami Design District. Responsible for assisting customers, supporting merchandising and maintaining the sales floor during peak seasonal periods. Position is part time and focused on delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers on the sales floor
• Support sales transactions and operate point of sale systems
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation
• Restock merchandise and manage inventory displays
• Provide product information and styling advice to customers
• Support receiving and processing shipments
• Assist with fitting room management and loss prevention

Requirements

• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work a flexible seasonal schedule
• Reliable and able to stand for extended periods
• Basic math skills for handling transactions
• Team oriented with a customer first attitude
