Responsibilities
- Replenish merchandise on the sales floor
- Perform stock checks for customers and support Sales Associates
- Assist with merchandise floor moves and visual tasks
- Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain back of house organization and store standards
- Greet and interact with customers in a warm and friendly manner
- Identify customer needs and direct them to appropriate sales associates
- Assist sales associates in resolving client issues and complaints as needed
Requirements
- 2+ years of luxury retail experience
- Ability to work a flexible seasonal schedule from November 16, 2025 through January 3, 2026
- Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing in English
- Authorization to work for any employer in the United States without sponsorship
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds and perform physical tasks like bending and reaching
- Strong customer service and sales orientation with motivation to engage clients
