Seasonal Sales Assistant - Scottsdale Fashion Square

Summary

Seasonal Sales Assistant joining the store team for the holiday season to support sales, client service, and store operations while reporting to the Store Manager at Scottsdale Fashion Square.

Responsibilities

• Provide elevated customer service to deliver the brand experience and increase loyalty
• Support Sales Associates with ringing, selling ceremony, and greeting clients
• Drive results through effective selling and client management
• Assist with stock management including receiving, transferring, and stock arrangement
• Maintain backroom organization and assist with stock takes and reporting
• Ensure store presentation and visual merchandising standards are maintained
• Run product from back of house to sales floor as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience; luxury retail preferred
• Basic computer skills including retail sales system, Word, Excel, and email
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Positive, outgoing, high energy personality suited to a fast paced environment
• Customer focused with a can do attitude and ability to drive results
