Seasonal Sales Support Advisor - Aspen

Summary

Reporting to the Store Manager/Director, this seasonal Sales Support Advisor partners with sales, operations, visual merchandising, and management to support the full client experience both front of house and back of house. The role requires executing product retrievals, assisting with visual standards, supporting inventory and operational tasks, and delivering a high level of client service while representing the brand.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and provide an elevated, personalized client experience.
• Support Client Advisors by retrieving and delivering product requests from BOH to the sales floor.
• Execute product care requests and create tickets as needed.
• Assist in maintaining and executing visual merchandising standards and repositioning displays.
• Contribute to inventory preparation and execution as requested by management.
• Support BOH organization, product assortment go-backs, and other operational tasks.
• Participate as a team player in store activities and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Adhere to brand grooming and behavior standards and follow company policies.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury.
• Experience in hospitality or client oriented service roles acceptable.
• Client-centric with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional presentation, dependable, punctual, and flexible.
• Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft tools and ability to analyze sales reports.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate in English; additional languages preferred.
