Summary
Reporting to the Store Manager/Director, the Seasonal Sales Support partners with sales, operations, visual merchandising, and management to support the client experience both front of house and back of house. The role delivers product care and retrieval, assists with visual merchandising and inventory tasks, and upholds brand standards while contributing to a positive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and support Client Advisors to deliver a personalized client experience.
- Retrieve and deliver product requests from BOH to sales floor and execute product care requests.
- Assist in maintaining and executing visual merchandising standards, including organizing and repositioning displays.
- Support inventory preparation and execution as requested by management.
- Perform BOH organization and product assortment go-backs to support operations.
- Participate in team activities and contribute to store objectives.
- Follow company policies and respect brand grooming and behavior standards.
- Complete additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Client oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional presentation and ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Dependable, punctual, flexible, and team oriented.
- Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft tools and ability to analyze sales reports.
- Excellent problem solving and strong attention to detail.
- Interest in fashion and the luxury goods industry.
