Seasonal Sales Support - Madison

Summary

The Seasonal Sales Support will partner with store sales, operations, visual merchandising, and management teams to support the full client experience both front of house and back of house. This role focuses on delivering personalized service, executing product care and retrieval tasks, and maintaining brand standards during a seasonal peak period.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and provide an elevated client experience consistent with brand standards
• Support Client Advisors by retrieving and delivering product from BOH to the sales floor
• Execute product care requests and create tickets as needed
• Assist with visual merchandising including organizing and repositioning displays
• Contribute to inventory preparation and execution as requested by management
• Perform BOH organization and product go-backs
• Participate as a team player in store activities and objectives
• Follow company policies and maintain professional presentation and behavior

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury
• Client service or hospitality experience considered relevant
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English
• Professional presentation, dependability, punctuality, and flexibility
• Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft tools
• Ability to analyze sales reports and strong attention to detail
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment
