Seasonal Sales Support - Madison

Summary

Seasonal Sales Support reporting to the Store Manager/Director to assist sales operations, visual merchandising, and client services. Acts as a brand ambassador delivering elevated client experiences on the sales floor and supporting back of house tasks. Supports inventory preparation, product retrieval, and execution of visual standards while maintaining professional presentation and adherence to company policies.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and support exceptional client experience and relationship building
• Assist Client Advisors by retrieving and delivering product from BOH to FOH
• Execute product care requests and create tickets as needed
• Support visual merchandising by organizing and repositioning displays
• Contribute to inventory preparation and execution as requested by management
• Maintain BOH organization and handle product go backs
• Participate in team activities to meet store objectives
• Maintain positive collaborative work environment and respect brand standards
• Perform additional duties as required by management

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience preferably in a luxury environment
• Client oriented experience such as hospitality acceptable
• Team oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional presentation and dependability including punctuality and flexibility
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools and ability to analyze sales reports
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Ability to communicate in English; additional languages preferred
