Summary
Reporting to the Store Manager/Director, the Seasonal Sales Support partners with sales, operations, visual merchandising, and management to support the full client experience. The role assists on the sales floor and back of house to ensure personalized, efficient service while upholding brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and deliver an elevated client experience.
- Support Client Advisors with client interactions and sales objectives.
- Retrieve and deliver product requests from back of house to sales floor.
- Execute product care requests and create tickets as needed.
- Assist with visual merchandising and display organization.
- Contribute to inventory preparation and execution per management requests.
- Support BOH organization and product go-backs.
- Perform additional operational tasks and duties as required by management.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Team oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional presentation and client centric mindset.
- Dependable, punctual, flexible, and able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools such as Word Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to analyze sales reports and strong problem solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow policies and procedures.
