Responsibilities

• Assist customers over the phone and at checkout with sales, returns and other transactions
• Deliver excellent customer service by listening to customer needs and advising on products
• Keep the department runway ready by straightening, light cleaning and restocking the sales floor and cash wrap
• Support other store areas including order fulfillment and order pick-up
• Build customer relationships by promoting events, gift cards and the rewards program
• Stay current on fashion trends and product knowledge to aid customer decisions
• Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment
