Senior Client Advisor responsible for delivering a luxurious and tailored client experience at the Cabazon outlet, coaching the sales team, ensuring operational excellence, and upholding brand standards while supporting boutique leadership and acting as a role model for the team.
Responsibilities
- Provide impeccable, personalized service and execute the sales ceremony.
- Coach and mentor sales team members and share product knowledge.
- Drive store and individual KPIs including appointments, conversion, UPT, and repurchase rate.
- Build and maintain a strong client portfolio through proactive outreach and CRM updates.
- Act as manager on duty when required and oversee floor operations.
- Execute opening and closing procedures and hold store keys as needed.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and support inventory processes.
- Provide insights on fashion trends and luxury market developments.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support boutique operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of luxury retail sales experience.
- Experience with women's and men's ready to wear.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven leadership capabilities and results driven approach.
- Adaptable and comfortable in a fast paced retail environment.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to mentor team members and uphold brand standards.
