Senior Client Advisor - Miami Design District

Summary

The Senior Client Advisor delivers exceptional luxury client experiences and supports boutique leadership in the Miami Design District. This role coaches the sales team, maintains operational and visual standards, acts as a role model, and may serve as manager on duty when required. The SCA drives KPIs, builds and nurtures a client portfolio, and ensures smooth execution of the sales process.

Responsibilities

• Provide impeccable, personalized service to clients and act as brand ambassador
• Coach and mentor sales team members and share product knowledge
• Drive individual and store KPIs including appointments conversion and client retention
• Manage opening and closing procedures and serve as manager on duty as needed
• Maintain CRM data quality and perform proactive client outreach
• Support inventory processes and ensure operational excellence
• Maintain visual merchandising standards on the sales floor
• Monitor fashion trends and provide market insights
• Perform additional boutique duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of luxury retail sales experience
• Experience in women's and men's ready to wear
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven leadership or mentoring capabilities
• Results driven with ability to meet sales KPIs
• Adaptable and comfortable in a fast paced retail environment
• Flexible availability including evenings weekends and holidays
• Ability to maintain professionalism and uphold brand standards
