Summary
The Senior Client Advisor delivers exceptional luxury client service while supporting boutique leadership and maintaining brand standards. This role coaches the sales team, drives store KPIs, oversees operations as needed, and builds a strong client portfolio through proactive outreach and CRM management.
Responsibilities
- Provide impeccable, personalized client experiences and act as a brand ambassador
- Coach and mentor sales team members and share best practices
- Drive individual and store KPIs including appointments conversion and repurchase
- Act as manager on duty to oversee floor operations and team coordination
- Execute opening and closing procedures and hold store keys when required
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and assist with inventory processes
- Use CRM to monitor and enrich client data and support appointment selling
- Provide insights on fashion trends and luxury market developments
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support boutique success
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of luxury retail sales experience
- Proven leadership capabilities and results-driven approach
- Experience with womens and mens ready to wear
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt in a fast paced environment
- Flexible availability including evenings weekends and holidays
- Experience with CRM and clienteling tools
