Summary
The Senior Client Advisor delivers a sophisticated luxury retail experience while supporting boutique leadership by coaching the sales team, maintaining operational excellence, and upholding brand standards. This role builds client relationships, drives store KPIs, acts as a role model for the team, and steps in as manager on duty when required.
Responsibilities
- Provide impeccable, personalized service and execute the sales ceremony to exceed client expectations
- Drive individual and store KPIs including appointments, repurchase rate, conversion, UPT, consignment, and data enrichment
- Build and maintain a strong client portfolio through proactive outreach and CRM updates
- Coach and mentor sales team members and share product knowledge and best practices
- Act as manager on duty when needed and oversee floor operations and team coordination
- Execute opening and closing procedures and manage store keys as required
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and support inventory processes
- Provide insights into fashion trends and luxury market developments
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of luxury retail sales experience
- Experience in women's and men's ready to wear sales
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Results driven with leadership and coaching capabilities
- Adaptable and comfortable in a fast paced retail environment
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality and use clientele tools and CRM
