Summary

Senior Sales Associate responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving sales at the Sawgrass Outlet. The role supports daily retail operations, clientelling, and coaching to meet and exceed sales and KPI targets while maintaining brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Brand Ambassador and deliver exceptional client experience.
• Meet and exceed daily, monthly, and yearly sales goals.
• Capture client data and foster genuine client relationships to drive KPIs.
• Maintain client relationships through after sales service and follow up.
• Support daily store operations including opening and closing registers and visual maintenance.
• Perform inventory tasks and maintain seamless inventory operations.
• Process returns and exchanges accurately.
• Develop business driving initiatives, contests, and events.
• Coach and train sales team members to support performance.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience in a retail environment.
• Full understanding of specialty retail and proven clientelling track record.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced retail environment.
• Strong multitasking skills while balancing daily responsibilities.
• Entrepreneurial and sales focused personality with strong communication skills.
