Summary
Senior Technical Program Manager on the HR Operations and Analytics team responsible for driving HR technology and analytics initiatives, delivering SaaS solutions, and enabling AI adoption across HR. Role partners with cross-functional technical and non-technical stakeholders to design, build, and launch workforce management and HRIS capabilities and supports roadmap, intake, and prioritization activities.
Responsibilities
- Drive intake, prioritization, and roadmap execution for HR technology and analytics initiatives
- Manage delivery of complex programs and coordinate integrated plans across multiple teams
- Support workforce management by enabling and optimizing Workday Scheduling and labor optimization tools
- Partner with stakeholders to evaluate and enable responsible adoption of AI-driven tools within HR
- Define system requirements, develop UAT plans, and ensure successful rollouts
- Present demos, status updates, and risk mitigation to leadership including VP level
- Engage with vendors to influence SaaS product roadmaps
- Use research and usability sessions to validate feature design
- Perform root cause analysis for underperforming business KPIs
Requirements
- 5+ years program, project, or product management experience with SaaS delivery
- 4+ years HRIS or workforce scheduling and labor optimization tool experience in large corporate environments
- 3+ years configuration-level Workday experience preferred
- Experience managing stakeholder relationships and cross-functional initiatives
- Understanding of AI technologies and their application within HR
- Strong technical knowledge of cloud, APIs, services, and databases
- Familiarity with agile frameworks and tools such as Jira
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work reliably under deadlines and self-manage projects
