Summary
The Stock Controller supports store operations and sales teams to execute operational duties and ensure compliance with company procedures. This role manages inventory, shipping and receiving, supports store staff on inventory maintenance, and assists with customer service related to repairs and returns.
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory, shipping and receiving procedures
- Ensure inventory level accuracy and update UPT as required
- Maintain stock both back of house and front of house to operations guidelines
- Oversee delivery of incoming and outgoing shipments
- Direct staff for store inventories and partner with Stock Associates
- Support store staff to comply with inventory maintenance and back of house procedures
- Provide customer service related to repairs and return of merchandise
- Adhere to company operational policies and procedures
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years retail operations experience
- Prior experience in luxury retail preferred
- Proven track record of inventory management and reporting
- Proficient computer skills including MS Word Excel and Outlook
- College degree preferred
- Authorization to work in the country of employment
- Willingness to work overtime with short notice and varied hours
- Ability to handle merchandise and boxes up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to read and analyze reports
