Summary

Part-Time Stock Keeper responsible for managing inbound and outbound merchandise and maintaining organization of back of house stock and supply areas in a luxury retail environment. Role involves processing inventory, maintaining shipment logs, and supporting loss prevention through adherence to store policies and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise from vendors and process into inventory through the computer system
• Manage inter-store transfers, returns to vendor, damages, and consignments
• Maintain comprehensive logs for incoming and outgoing shipments
• Organize and maintain back of house stock and supply areas
• Ensure proper ticketing and sensor standards are applied
• Support client purchases and charge sends to other locations
• Adhere to shipping and receiving procedures and paperwork distribution

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail operations experience
• Experience managing a luxury retail stock room
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures and inventory processing
