Stock Supervisor

Summary

The Stock Supervisor partners with store leadership to ensure the store is prepared for customers by managing deliveries, organizing stock, and improving store operations and allocation processes. The role emphasizes attention to detail, tech savvy use of inventory systems, and strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process shipments to floor ready standards using stock management systems
• Manage inventory accuracy and perform RFID based inventory processes
• Prevent overage and help maintain supply budgets
• Organize and maintain a safe, clean, and efficient stockroom
• Provide on the job training and supervise daily activities of the Sales Support Team where applicable
• Collaborate with store management to optimize stockroom layout
• Ensure compliance with store policies and meet store process dashboard expectations
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

• Strong organizational and logistics skills
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Team oriented with ability to train others
• Ability to lift, bend and carry at least 50 pounds
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Proficiency with inventory and stock management systems including RFID
• Attention to detail and strong time management skills
