Store Director - City Center

Summary

Lead and develop the store team to achieve business goals and deliver the Louis Vuitton client experience. Responsible for driving sales performance, managing store operations and budget, recruiting and coaching staff, and serving as a role model on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the store team through hands-on management and mentorship
• Develop and maintain sustainable client relationships and personal client portfolio
• Drive sales performance, client repurchase rates and cross selling
• Model selling techniques and floor management best practices
• Identify business opportunities and implement actions to meet store goals
• Manage store operations and monitor budgetary performance
• Recruit, train and develop highly engaged and motivated teams
• Provide regular feedback and development plans to support career growth

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in premium or luxury retail
• Strong sales and client development skills
• Ability to coach and develop team members effectively
• Experience managing store operations and budgets
