Summary

Manage and operate a single luxury boutique to achieve sales goals while maintaining brand image and store standards. Responsible for staff coaching and development, inventory control, merchandise presentation, store operations, and expense management. Ensure exemplary client service and lead training efforts covering product knowledge, systems, and procedures. Drive recruitment, scheduling, and team morale through effective communication and organized store meetings.

Responsibilities

• Achieve store sales goals and recommend sales strategies to meet targets
• Control store expenses and oversee inventory management
• Maintain merchandise presentation and overall store appearance
• Recruit, train, and develop staff with measurable personnel plans
• Conduct regular store meetings and daily reviews of sales and priorities
• Ensure adequate scheduling and management presence on the sales floor
• Monitor and coach staff to deliver exemplary client service
• Oversee maintenance, housekeeping, and organization of the store
• Make confident operational decisions and manage consequences and alternatives

Requirements

• 5+ years of high volume retail management experience
• Extensive experience in luxury retail management
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proven coaching and staff development abilities
• Ability to assess priorities, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
• Collaborative and proactive attitude
• Strong problem solving and communication skills
