Summary

The Store Manager is responsible for managing and operating a single store, driving achievement of sales plans while maintaining brand integrity and exemplary client service. This role oversees staff training and development, store presentation, inventory control, scheduling and daily operations to maximize productivity and sales. The manager makes confident operational decisions and implements strategies to meet financial and service goals.

Responsibilities

• Achieve store sales goals and maximize productivity of resources
• Manage store expenses and inventory control
• Oversee merchandise presentation and maintain store appearance
• Recruit, coach and develop store staff with measurable development plans
• Conduct regular meetings and review daily sales expectations and priorities
• Ensure adequate coverage through schedule review and approval
• Implement training and ensure product knowledge and client service standards
• Recommend sales and marketing strategies to achieve goals
• Maintain effective communication with clients staff and corporate

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of high volume retail management experience
• Experience in the luxury sector preferred
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong problem solving attitude and ability to meet deadlines under pressure
• Ability to assess priorities and make confident decisions
• Demonstrated coaching and staff development experience
• Proactive collaborative spirit and strong communication skills
