Responsibilities
- Manage the selling environment and ensure adherence to selling floor assignments.
- Ensure impeccable customer service standards are met and exceeded.
- Maximize staff sales performance through coaching product knowledge and selling skills.
- Review individual transaction statistics and provide regular feedback.
- Assist sales professionals in achieving individual goals through monitoring suggestive selling.
- Enforce policies, procedures and operational directives consistently.
- Develop and implement plans for thank you notes and telephone and email outreach goals.
- Lead by example to maintain a respectful selling environment.
- Role model company values and brand standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years selling and management experience in luxury retail.
- Proven professional sales development skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong leadership qualities with ability to coach and motivate staff.
- Ability to review and act on sales metrics and transaction statistics.
- Appreciation for luxury goods and high-end clientele service.
- College degree preferred.
