Summary
The Store Manager acts as the Brand Leader responsible for achieving store business objectives, driving sales and KPI performance, delivering exceptional client service, and managing daily store operations. This role leads talent development, recruitment and coaching, ensures operational excellence and represents the brand within the marketplace.
Responsibilities
- Drive store sales and productivity through KPI management including conversion and inventory control.
- Lead sales floor presence, client engagement and major client relationship building.
- Develop and coach store team, manage performance, recruitment and on boarding.
- Execute company initiatives, training programs and visual merchandising standards.
- Manage daily operations including payroll, cash management, inventory, shipping and receiving.
- Analyze business reports and implement action plans with Regional Director to grow business.
- Oversee after sales operations and in-store consignment program to maximize client experience.
- Maintain store operating budget and monitor expenses to optimize costs.
- Support product launches and provide product feedback to internal partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of retail management experience; luxury experience preferred.
- Proven track record in sales generation, clienteling and employee development.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem solving skills.
- Ability to analyze business data and implement actions to drive results.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays and stand for majority of a 40-hour week.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, POS, CRM and inventory management systems.
- High attention to detail and strong business acumen.
