Store Support - Fashion Island

Summary

Provide excellent customer service at the point of sale by assisting customers with purchases, returns and transactions while maintaining a polished sales floor and cash wrap. Support other store areas including order fulfillment and pick-up and stay informed on product trends to assist customer purchase decisions.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers over the phone and at checkout with sales, returns and other transactions
• Deliver friendly service by listening to customer needs and recommending products
• Maintain the sales floor and cash wrap by straightening, light cleaning and restocking
• Support order fulfillment and order pick-up as needed
• Build customer relationships by sharing information about events and rewards
• Stay current on fashion trends and product knowledge to aid customers
• Prioritize multiple customer requests in a fast paced environment

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organization and follow through
• Problem solving skills and ability to multitask
• Proficiency with computers and willingness to learn new applications
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Physical ability to stand and move continuously for 6-8 hours per shift
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally and routinely handle merchandise
