Team Lead - King Of Prussia Women's

As a Team Lead at Louis Vuitton King of Prussia Women's, you will play a crucial role in mentoring and developing the team, building client relationships, and driving sales goals. You will work closely with the Sr. Store Director and Assistant Store Director to ensure the highest level of client experience is delivered.

• Co-create strategies with the Senior Store Director and Assistant Store Director.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive brand loyalty.
• Identify desired products for clients based on profiles and market trends.
• Champion client and business development, selling and floor management.
• Support and develop the team, potentially championing a product category.
• Oversee operations to maintain business results.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.
