Summary
The Team Manager supports the Store Director in leading sales operations and security teams to meet commercial targets and elevate the client experience. The role requires providing management presence on the sales floor, coaching staff, overseeing operations, and assuming store oversight in the Director's absence.
Responsibilities
- Coach guide and support sales and operations to achieve commercial and profitability targets
- Provide management presence on the sales floor and model client experience standards
- Drive client development activities and deepen client relationships to meet sales KPIs
- Attract hire and retain top talent while delivering training feedback and performance management
- Optimize hospitality store amenities and act on client feedback and NPS to improve service
- Manage back of house operations and ensure consistency with operational procedures
- Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and drive operational efficiencies
- Collaborate with the Director to set and communicate clear goals aligned to strategic priorities
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management or relevant customer experience
- Proven track record in sales generation and achieving commercial results
- Flexibility to work days nights weekends and holidays
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office client tracking systems and POS systems
- Proven ability to develop opportunities and maintain client relationships
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to work in various roles based on business needs
