Summary

Temporary Client Advisor responsible for achieving individual and store sales targets while delivering exceptional luxury client service. The role involves developing and maintaining a client book, promoting store events, supporting inventory and shipping tasks, and upholding store standards in a high end retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
• Incorporate product knowledge to maximize sales and transaction value
• Maintain and expand a client book and follow up with clients
• Capture customer information for database entry and promote store events
• Consistently follow up on shipping, alteration, or client issues
• Assist with shipping receiving and inventory control as requested
• Support general housekeeping and maintenance of store image
• Work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years retail sales experience preferably in luxury
• Business school university or equivalent experience
• Client book holders strongly preferred
• Computer literate and able to learn various software programs
• Service oriented with strong customer focus
• Passion for luxury product and appreciation for design
• Foreign languages considered a plus
