Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and create memorable holiday shopping experiences
• Support sales team with styling and client service
• Assist with gift wrapping replenishment and checkout assistance
• Maintain elegant organized client areas to brand standards
• Provide hospitality and personalized service throughout the client journey
• Assist with inventory tasks and special projects
• Support general operational duties as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience in luxury retail fashion or hospitality preferred
• Strong client service skills and passion for high end experiences
• Ability to work evenings weekends and holidays during peak periods
• Flexible and able to perform operational and merchandising tasks
• Authorization to work in the United States
