Temporary Seasonal Sales Support Associate

Summary

Temporary seasonal role providing clerical and sales support in a luxury boutique. Responsible for assisting the sales team with merchandise handling, maintaining selling floor standards, supporting client service functions, and performing administrative tasks such as answering phones and logging repairs.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and friendly client greeting and assistance at point of sale
• Support sales team with hanging returning and retrieving merchandise
• Prepare and organize stock room and selling floor merchandise standards
• Maintain supplies such as bags boxes note cards ribbons and stationery
• Assist Client Service Concierge Doorperson and Greeter Host activities
• Support after sales tasks including logging repairs and contacting clients
• Answer phones and provide timely friendly customer service
• Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service orientation
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to handle difficult situations with composure and compassion
• Ability to lift between 0-25 lbs without assistance
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as straightening and filling in merchandise
• Availability for seasonal temporary assignment
