Temporary Seasonal Sales Support Associate

Summary

Temporary seasonal role providing clerical and customer service support for front and back of house boutique operations. Assist sales team with merchandising, packaging, phone response, and after sales tasks while maintaining boutique standards. Perform physical tasks such as lifting light items and organizing stock and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and friendly client greeting and assist with questions
• Support sales process including hanging and returning merchandise
• Retrieve and prepare stock for the selling floor and maintain merchandise standards
• Organize work station and ensure packaging materials and supplies are stocked
• Assist Client Service, Concierge, Doorperson, and Greeter activities
• Support After Sales tasks including logging repairs and contacting clients
• Answer phones and provide courteous customer service
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to handle difficult situations with composure
• Ability to lift 0-25 lbs without assistance
• Ability to perform clerical tasks and maintain records
• Available to work seasonal temporary schedule in store
