Summary

Temporary Seasonal Sales Support Associate provides clerical and sales floor support in a boutique setting including greeting clients, assisting with transactions, packaging, stocking supplies, and supporting after sales activities. The role assists the sales team with merchandise handling, maintaining store presentation, answering phones, and supporting concierge and client service functions.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients promptly and offer assistance on the selling floor
• Assist with wrapping packaging and point of sale duties
• Hang merchandise return items to the floor and retrieve stock from storage
• Prepare and organize stock room and selling workstation
• Maintain selling floor merchandise standards including straightening and filling in
• Stock bags boxes note cards ribbons stationary and similar supplies
• Support Client Service Concierge Doorperson and Greeter Host activities
• Log repairs contact clients and maintain after sales records
• Answer phones and provide friendly timely customer service

Requirements

• Customer service oriented with strong communication skills
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
• Ability to handle difficult situations with composure and compassion
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs without assistance
• Willingness to perform clerical and frontline support tasks
• Ability to work in a luxury retail boutique environment
